Adrian is a Non-Executive Director to the government (Home Office) and was appointed in September 2015, following approvals from the Prime Minster and the Home Secretary.

He has over ten year’s digital and analytics experience gained at Google in a range of leadership roles.  Until October 2016, he was the EMEA Head of Services for Google’s Enterprise analytics and measurement solutions.  Prior to this he was a Director at Google in the Customer Solutions and Innovation team, Head of Search Advertising for Northern and Central Europe and Managing Director of Google Enterprise EMEA.

Before joining Google, he spent six years at Ford Motor Company in Sales and Brand Management roles in Europe, was a Principal Consultant at A.T Kearney and was on the main Board of Trafficmaster Plc.

In January 2012, he was appointed Chair of the Race Equality Board, the race campaign of Business in the Community, a Prince of Wales charity which stands for responsible business and strives to ensure that all ethnic groups are appropriately reflected in the UK workforce.  He held this position until October 2016

In 2014 he was appointed to the main Board of Business in the Community, whose president is the Prince of Wales, and became a Trustee of the Powerlist Foundation, a charity which helps non-privileged young people.

He has been a judge for the Black British Business Awards and Rare Rising Stars on multiple occasions, and has ranked in the top 10 of the UK Black Powerlist in recent years.

In June 2016 he was awarded an honorary doctorate in Business by the University of Plymouth for his achievements in business and for his charitable work.

Adrian also holds an Economics degree and an MBA with distinction.
